All of our subscriptions have a minimum term of one year. We send you an invoice when you activate a subscription and every time your subscription renews.
Our subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the term. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time before the end of the term. In that case, your subscription continues as usual until the end of the term and is then deactivated automatically.
Invoices are sent to the account owner's email address and must be paid within 10 days. It can take one to two days for your payment status to update in the admin panel.
We only charge you the price you confirmed when you signed up for the subscription. The subscription price includes VAT.
You can view all the invoices you've received so far in the admin panel under Settings in the Account section.
