Staff members are people who provide individual offers and/or can be shown on your website.

All staff members who provide individual offers have their own individual work schedule and absences.

Make multiple staff members bookable

You can add multiple staff members with their own offers, working hours, and absences. This lets customers book, for example, consultations with different team members or private lessons with several trainers. To do this, create an individual offer, assign it to the relevant staff members, and add their working hours. The setup is described in Manage Staff.

A staff member is the third component (offers, locations, staff, schedules) that make up the booking system.

Switch between staff members

On a staff member's page, the link above the title takes you back to the staff list. Use the arrow next to the name to switch directly to another active staff member. This also works within the schedule, calendar, and absences, and keeps the current view.

In the list, the Archived tab shows archived staff members; the Active tab shows active staff members again.
