Discounts

Discounts let you add a price reduction to a subscription's pricing.

Create discounts

1. From the admin panel, go to Offers > Discounts.
2. Click the Add discount button.
3. Enter a name and select the type, amount, and duration of the discount.
4. Click Save

Percentage discounts

Percentage discounts deduct the selected percentage from the subtotal.

Subtotal: CHF100
10% discount: -CHF10

Total: CHF90

Fixed amount discounts

Fixed amount discounts deduct a fixed amount from the subtotal.

Subtotal: CHF100
CHF25 discount: -CHF25

Total: CHF75

Duration

The duration determines how long a discount stays active on a subscription. There are currently two options:

• Forever: The discount is added to the first invoice and every following invoice until you remove it manually.
• Once: The discount is only added to the first invoice and is then removed from the subscription right away.

Combine discounts

You can combine discounts. The order in which you add them affects the total of an invoice.

Example 1:

Subtotal: CHF100
10% discount: -CHF10
CHF25 discount: -CHF25
