Bookings for Group Classes

With the easing of coronavirus protection measures, businesses such as sports clubs are allowed to hold training sessions on their premises again, but only with a limited number of people. In Switzerland, for example, that's a maximum of 5 people per lesson, including the trainer.

Because of the limit on the number of people, customers can no longer simply show up whenever they like, as the limit would quickly be reached and customers would have to be sent home. That's why we developed a booking feature that accepts bookings automatically, which practically eliminates the administrative work of coordinating group classes.

The Booking Process Explained

The first thing customers see is the login page. You can link to this page from your own website or send it to customers by email. The area is configurable and can be personalized with your own logo.

To log in, the customer enters their email address. A verification code is then sent to that email address, which they must enter to verify it. It usually takes about 5–10 seconds for the code to arrive in the inbox.

This means the business doesn't need any additional password management, and forgotten passwords aren't a problem.

Once the code has been entered successfully, the customer lands on the overview of all bookable offers.

Here the customer can choose the offer they want, and clicking Book opens the appointment calendar.

The red dots in the calendar mark the days that still have available appointments.

Clicking the desired day opens a list of all available appointments. If an appointment is already fully booked, it's automatically no longer available for the customer to choose.

Clicking Select next to the desired session selects it and shows a summary with the details of the selected appointment.

To confirm, the customer clicks the Confirm appointment button. This finalizes and confirms the booking for the selected appointment and takes the customer back to the offer overview.

Here the customer sees their booked appointments and is now registered.
