Schedules

Schedules give you a detailed overview of the group classes and holidays of your locations and the working hours and absences of your staff members.

The schedule is the fourth component (offers, locations, staff, schedules) that make up the booking system.

Open schedules

Every location and staff member has their own schedule. To open the schedule you want:

1. From the admin panel, click the My Business section and switch to the Locations or Staff section
2. Click the location or staff member
3. Switch to the Schedule tab

Group classes and working hours

Group classes let you define your group offers at your locations.

Working hours are the regular times of day when your staff members are available for appointment booking for individual offers.

Group classes and working hours make up the various appointment options your customers and leads can book through the booking form and customer portal.

Holidays and absences

Holidays and absences represent a period during which no group classes take place or staff members aren't available. Regular appointments and working hours that fall on holidays or absences are no longer available in the booking form and customer portal. However, you can specify whether individual group classes and working hours take place during certain holidays and absences.
