To help you set up our customer portal and the booking process for group classes as quickly as possible, we've put together a to-do list for you to work through.
Businesses without an existing keinaufwand account need to set up an account first:
Once you've added your offers and locations, it's time to add your schedules.
Important: When adding your schedules, make sure to set a participant limit. Without the participant limit, the offer will not be available for your customers to choose.
Once you've set up your offers, you need to import your existing customer base.
Currently, every customer still needs an active email address. Partners or families with children therefore need a unique email address per person so they can book your offers individually. So you don't have to add each person one by one, you can import all your customers at once with a CSV file.
The fields "First Name", "Last Name", and "Email" (email address) must be provided for the CSV import to work.
Important: Please note the Troubleshooting section in the Import customers guide.
Once you've imported your customers, all that's left is to let them know about the new booking process and, optionally, link the customer portal on your website.
You'll find the link to and status of your keinaufwand customer portal in the Customer Portal section.
Since this is a new feature of our platform, there are still a few limitations:
If you have any questions about the limitations, the customer portal, or the setup, we're happy to help at kontakt@keinaufwand.com.
