Which plan includes membership management?
Membership management is part of the Business plan, which also includes the booking system. You can find the current terms on our pricing page.
Can I bring over my existing data?
Customer data can be imported via CSV. Existing subscriptions and invoices are not transferred automatically. To plan a smooth transition, feel free to describe your current process to us.
Can I pause a membership temporarily?
Yes. For active subscriptions, you can start a pause right away or schedule it in advance. During the pause, the subscription doesn't renew automatically. When the pause ends, the term is extended by the length of the pause.
Are fees collected automatically from customers' bank accounts?
The process described here creates and sends invoices. Your customers pay them, for example, by bank transfer with a Swiss QR payment slip. Invoice automation is not an automatic direct debit.
Can members change their subscription themselves in the portal?
Currently, your team edits subscriptions and invoices in the admin area. The customer portal is for scheduling appointments. If you need a specific self-service process, write to us at kontakt@keinaufwand.com.
