Admin Panel Layout

The different areas of the admin panel are split into three groups:

If an area shows an arrow, it contains additional navigation items.

Depending on your subscription, some areas may not be available.

Page Header, Search, and Lists

The sidebar contains the settings and your user menu. From the user menu you can reach your profile, the help center, and log out. On narrow screens, open the navigation with the menu button in the top left.

The page title and available actions are shown at the top of the page content. The link above the title takes you back exactly one level. The page header scrolls with the page.

In areas you haven't used yet, an introduction replaces the page title and shows you the next step. Empty search results keep the regular page header.

Explanations appear next to the cards they belong to. The page title isn't repeated there; pages with several topics are organized with their own section titles.

In lists, first choose a status tab and combine it with the filters below as needed. Search is a filter for the current list and updates the results as you type. Open another filter, choose a value, and click Apply. The x removes a single filter; Clear all filters removes all of the list's filters. Lists with additional filters offer Archived as a filter. In location, offer, and staff lists, switch between the Active and Archived tabs.

The Period filter combines the predefined periods and the On or after and On or before fields. You can also use the date limits on their own.

If a list spans more than one page, the number of results, the page selector, and Per page appear below the table. If there's only one page, this information and these controls are hidden. When you change filters or the page size, you start again on the first page. Existing sorting and other filters are kept. On small screens, you can scroll wide tables sideways.

The arrow in the column header shows the current sort direction, including for the default sorting. Clicking that column reverses the direction.

You can keep typing while search results are loading. Your current search text is kept; the list picks up your latest input after a short pause in typing.

Lists stay arranged in cards. The tabs at the top edge of the card switch the view; the search and other filters are below them. For lists with several pages, you'll find the result count and the compact "Per page" selector below the table. You can open linked customers directly from their column.

Detail pages with a number also name the record type in the title, for example Booking #1 or Event Registration #1.

Names or numbers underlined in red mark the linked record. For linked table columns, clicking anywhere in the cell opens the record. Filters also open when you click anywhere on their button; the x still only removes that filter.

For bulk actions, a progress window appears right away. Waitlist entries can be deleted even without a live connection. If a bulk change to bookings can't be started or confirmed, the window shows a notice. After reloading, check the current state before you repeat an unconfirmed action.

The Period filter lets you choose today, yesterday, the last 7 or 30 days, as well as the current and previous month, quarter, and year. Custom shows the From and To fields; a single start or end date also works.

For invoices, you switch the status using the card tabs: All, Draft, Unpaid, Overdue, Paid, and Canceled. Search and other filters apply within the selected tab.

In the activity history, you can switch between pages; the number of entries per page is fixed.

You'll find actions for a single record in the three-dot menu on the right edge of the row. Depending on the record, these include Edit, Archive, or Remove.
