To edit offer information:
Your offer information is reused in various places. All fields described here are available when you edit offer information in the admin panel.
The offer type lets you specify whether it's a group offer or an individual offer.
Group offers are offers that take place with several people at a set time or that people can attend on their own during a specific time window. For example:
Individual offers are offers that always require a staff member. For example:
You can find out how to set up group and individual offers correctly in the Set Up Offers guide.
Groups help you group and sort your offers. Here you can create a group or select an existing one. This field is required.
Good grouping can help you present your offers more clearly. Depending on your offers, you have several options:
If you have questions about how best to organize and group your offers, we're happy to help. Just email us at kontakt@keinaufwand.com and we'll take a closer look at your offers.
Enter the name of the offer as your leads should see it in the booking form. This field is required.
If your offer's name doesn't say much to someone who knows nothing about your offer, we recommend adding a short description to your offer.
Example:
Name: Bonsai Karate Description: Karate training for children aged 5–7.
Booking form: If you enter a description, it's shown below the name.
Select the type and length of the appointments. You can choose between two types:
With fixed appointments, the length and start times of the individual appointments are defined directly in the schedule as group classes.
Example:
The group classes entered in the schedule result in these appointment options:
- Monday, 09:00 - 10:00, Karate for adults
- Wednesday, 16:45 - 17:45, Karate for kids
Selectable appointments are a more dynamic way to offer appointments. The length and the interval between possible start times are defined on the offer itself.
For group offers, you define group class time windows in the schedule of your locations, during which participants can book. The same applies to individual offers: you add the offer to staff members and define a working hours time window in their schedule.
Example:
An appointment lasts 60 minutes and a start time can be selected every 15 minutes.
The schedule contains a group class or working hours time window for a nutrition consultation on Monday from 09:00 - 11:00
This results in the following available appointment options:
- Monday, 09:00 - 10:00, Nutrition consultation
- Monday, 09:15 - 10:15, Nutrition consultation
- Monday, 09:30 - 10:30, Nutrition consultation
- Monday, 09:45 - 10:45, Nutrition consultation
- Monday, 10:00 - 11:00, Nutrition consultation
For appointments that require a staff member, you can define preparation and follow-up time for staff members. This blocks a certain number of minutes before and/or after an appointment.
Example:
An appointment lasts 45 minutes and a start time can be selected every 15 minutes. The follow-up time is 10 minutes each.
The schedule contains a group class or working hours time window for a nutrition consultation on Monday from 09:00 - 11:00
There is already an appointment from 09:00 - 09:45 with 10 minutes of follow-up time.
This results in the following available appointment options:
- Monday, 10:00 - 11:00, Nutrition consultation
