Session Types

Group classes and working hours come in three different types: recurring, one-time, and holiday. Depending on the type, a group class or working hours behave differently in terms of when and how often they take place and how they interact with overlapping holidays or absences.

Recurring

Recurring group classes and working hours are sessions that make up the weekly schedule. Recurring sessions take place every week on a specific day of the week.

By default, recurring group classes and working hours don't take place during holidays and absences. However, you can define exceptions for individual recurring sessions for holidays with a reduced offering.

Recurring group classes and working hours take place weekly during a specific defined term. This lets you map upcoming changes to your sessions seamlessly.

One-time

As the name suggests, a one-time group class or one-time working hours take place only once on a specific date.

These sessions are suitable for special appointments.

One-time sessions also take place during overlapping holidays and absences.

Holiday

Holiday group classes or absence working hours behave like recurring group classes and working hours, except that they only take place during a specific holiday period or absence.
