Bookings

Bookings are appointment bookings from customers and leads for your group and individual offers.

Bookings can reach you in different ways:

1. Booking form. New customers and leads usually use the booking form on your website to book a first appointment with you.
2. Customer portal. Existing customers can book follow-up appointments with you through the customer portal.
3. Association form. The association form works much like the booking form. However, the association form can combine several keinaufwand accounts into a single form. Bookings are forwarded to the respective linked account.
4. Admin panel. If needed, you can also create bookings manually in the admin panel.

Click Bookings in the admin panel to open the overview of all the bookings you've received.
