You add your customers with a valid email address and share your portal link. To log in, they receive a verification code by email.
Do I need a new website for the portal?
No. You can place the portal link on your existing website or share it directly with your customers.
How do I decide which group classes can be booked?
You set up offers, schedules and participant limits. In the booking settings, you can also set the booking window and a weekly limit.
Can customers cancel or pause their membership themselves?
This subscription self-service isn't available in the portal yet. Your team edits the membership in the admin area. Write to us at kontakt@keinaufwand.com if you need a specific process.
Can I bring over my customer base?
Yes. You can import customer data via CSV. Make especially sure the email addresses are correct, since they are needed for portal access.
