Yes. Each offer has its own appointment length and buffer time, and you assign it to the therapists who provide it.
Is keinaufwand a practice management system?
keinaufwand takes care of booking, reminders, client profiles and invoices. You can keep notes on a client profile, but there's no clinical documentation and no billing with health insurers. Can I connect my Google Calendar?
Yes. You can connect Google Calendar, iCloud or Microsoft 365, so external appointments are taken into account when bookable times are calculated.
Do clients need an account?
New clients book through your booking form. Regular clients sign in to the customer portal with a code sent to their email; they don't need a password.
Does it work for a practice with several therapists?
