Customer Portal

In response to the coronavirus crisis, we developed a customer portal that lets customers book recurring group classes. This makes it easy for businesses such as martial arts schools and other sports clubs, for example, to coordinate their training sessions with their members.

The booking process includes the following:

• Accept bookings for group classes automatically, without coordinating them manually by phone, email, Excel spreadsheets, or other tools that aren't suited for the job.
• Optionally, you can set a general weekly booking limit. If set, customers can only book a group class per offer as many times per week as the limit allows. This gives all customers a chance to attend a group class. You can later adjust the limit for each customer individually.
• You can set a participant limit for each group class. Once it's reached, no more customers can book it.
• Businesses get an overview of all group classes and their bookings. You can also use it to take attendance directly.
