Reschedule by Arrangement

The Reschedule by arrangement feature lets you correct bookings in the admin panel when you've already arranged a new appointment outside of keinaufwand.

Follow these steps:

1. In the admin panel, click Bookings
2. Click the booking number
3. Next to the booking's appointment, click the Reschedule by arrangement button
4. A calendar opens that shows all appointments that are still available
5. Choose an appointment
6. Click Save new appointment to reschedule the booking.

Important: Only save the appointment if you've already agreed on it with the lead. The lead won't receive a notification, and the booking will be marked as Accepted.
