Product updates

Participant limits can now be defined on class times instead of on offers. This makes it possible to set different participant limits when an offer takes place at the same location but in a different room. The change also lets you activate participant limits only from a specific date onward.

The weekly booking limit for customers can now also be adjusted or turned off completely.

As restrictions are eased, members of sports clubs are required to accept so-called commitments or a code of conduct. So that you and your customers don't have to deal with even more paper forms, we added an option that requires the code of conduct to be accepted when booking a class in the trial class form or customer portal.

You can now update the booking and attendance status of all bookings for a specific appointment at once.

We expanded our trial class software into booking software for classes, making it easy for sports clubs to coordinate classes with their members during the coronavirus pandemic. You'll find more information in our Help Center.

Gone are the days of downloading PDF documents, printing them, filling them out, scanning them back in, faxing them and then sending them off. With our latest update, martial arts schools can finally accept digital registrations for any course or event.

You'll find more information in our blog.

Our customers can now import leads from other platforms via CSV. This makes it easier for you to switch to us from another provider or to import leads from other marketing channels.

Martial arts schools can now use the informal form of address ("Du") when communicating with leads in the trial class form and on their websites.

We reworked the lead status, and you can now add leads manually without a trial class. Leads can also be explicitly marked as "Not interested / Lost", which gives you a better view of all open leads.

With keinaufwand.com, we now offer the same intuitive appointment booking process to other types of businesses, such as fitness centers, nutritionists and auto repair shops, that want appointments booked automatically based on their opening hours.

You can now group documents. This lets you organize your documents into relevant groups and present them more clearly to your visitors.
