From membership to paid invoice

A clear trail for your fees.

Each invoice belongs to the customer and to the subscription or course that triggered it. That way, you can see what an amount was charged for, when it's due and whether a payment has already come in. The overview supports ongoing monitoring; it doesn't replace full financial accounting.

Recurring invoices

Your subscription lays the groundwork.

Recurring offer prices and terms determine the billing. On each invoice, you see the status and outstanding amount and can record a payment if needed.

Created and sent on a recurring basis: For active subscriptions, keinaufwand takes care of creating invoices and sending them by email as scheduled. The new invoice template provides the message text.
Review invoices individually: Open an invoice to check its line items and status. You can download the PDF for your records or resend the invoice if needed.

Incoming payments

Every payment belongs to the right invoice.

Depending on the payment method, money arrives online, by bank transfer or in cash. keinaufwand offers different ways to reconcile them.

Reconcile Swiss QR invoices: With a properly configured Swiss bank account, you can use QR invoices. Upload camt.053 or camt.054 files from your bank and review the matches found before importing.
Record other payments manually: For cash payments or transfers without a matching reference, you can enter the amount and booking date on the invoice. Partial payments stay easy to follow.

Does keinaufwand continuously read my bank account?

The bank reconciliation described here works with uploaded camt.053 or camt.054 files. You download the file from your bank and review the import preview in keinaufwand.

Can I record partial payments?

Yes. You can record a partial amount on the invoice. The status and recorded payments help you keep track of the remaining balance.
