You set the timing relative to the invoice due date. That way, you don't have to decide every time when a friendly reminder or the next dunning notice is due. Keep incoming payments up to date so the invoice status reflects reality.

Reminder levels

You decide the intervals.

Choose the timing you want in your invoice settings. The example sends a reminder on the due date and again seven days later.

Set up to three levels: The first message is sent as a payment reminder, further levels as dunning notices. You can choose the intervals to fit your invoicing process.
Add fees only when needed: You can set a late fee for each reminder level. A configured fee is added to the invoice when the reminder is sent, and can be removed again later.
