Create different individual offers and set the right duration for each. That turns a free morning into a selection of appointments that fits the way you work.

Different appointment lengths: For example, 60 minutes for the initial consultation and 45 minutes for the follow-up consultation. Each offer gets its own duration.
Time to prepare and wrap up: Plan buffers before or after the appointment. This time is taken into account when open slots are calculated.
Suitable start times: Set the time grid in which new appointments can start – for example every 15 or 30 minutes.

Can I start on my own?

Yes. You can make your own offers and working hours bookable. As your team grows, you can add more bookable staff members. The number included depends on your plan.

Can two people offer appointments at the same time?

Yes. Each bookable person has their own working hours and assigned offers. That way, customers can book appointments with different team members at the same time.

Can I set a different duration for first appointments?

Yes. In addition to the regular duration, you can set a different duration as well as prep and wrap-up times for first appointments.

Can external calendars be taken into account?

You can connect external calendars to staff members. Imported events are treated as absences. Our help article on calendar connections describes the setup required.

How many staff members are included in the plan?

Bookable staff members count toward your plan's staff limit. You can find the current terms and options for additional staff members on our pricing page.
