From offer to active subscription

Set it up properly once, manage it easily every day.

A monthly subscription, a quarterly fee or a combined offer needs a clear price and a defined start. You put these building blocks together and review the summary before saving. Changes during a membership are made on the existing subscription.

Prices & intervals

The fee matches your offer.

Choose the customer and the recurring offer price. In the example, Evening Yoga costs $89 per month. The preview shows which amount will be charged with the selected start date.

Combine multiple items: A subscription can include several offer prices. Add quantities, discounts and tax rates if needed, instead of maintaining a separate spreadsheet calculation for every combination.
Choose the start date deliberately: The start date determines when billing begins. Check the price and date in the summary; saving a subscription that starts right away creates an invoice.

Pauses & cancellation

Breaks have their place, too.

Memberships don't always run without interruption. You can schedule a pause with a start and an optional end date, or set a cancellation for the end of the term.

Plan pauses transparently: While a pause is active, the subscription isn't renewed automatically and no new subscription invoice is prepared. When the pause ends, the current term is extended by the length of the pause.
Control cancellations precisely: Choose between immediate cancellation and cancellation at the end of the current period. A scheduled cancellation can be withdrawn before it takes effect; for a subscription that has already ended, you can create a new one if needed.

Can a subscription include multiple offers?

Yes. You can combine several offer prices in one subscription and add quantities, discounts and tax rates.

How many pauses can I schedule at once?

Each subscription can have one open pause. Subscriptions that have already been canceled or haven't started yet can't be paused.
