Schedule with evening yoga on Tuesdays from 6 to 7 p.m.

From weekly schedule to booking

A fixed time. The right group size.

You want to teach, not match up open spots by message before every class. Set up your offer with times and capacities – that becomes the selection your customers book from.

Recurring & one-time classes

Your weekly schedule doesn't have to be rebuilt every week.

Create a regular group class and decide when it starts. For extra classes, you can add individual dates.

Weekly or every two weeks
Choose the weekday, start, end and repetition. In the example, yoga takes place every Tuesday from 6 to 7 p.m.
Account for duration and holidays
Limit the period with an end date if needed. For recurring classes, you can decide whether they also take place during holidays you've entered.

Capacity & first appointments

You decide how big your group gets.

A small room or a hands-on class needs the right number of participants. Set the capacity directly on the group class.

Limit total spots
Set a participant limit, for example twelve spots for a yoga class. Availability is based on the remaining capacity.
Control first appointments separately
Allow first-appointment bookings and set a separate limit for them. For example, you can accept only three newcomers per class.

Keep your leads

No suitable spot right now? The interest stays visible.

With the waitlist turned on, prospective customers can leave their contact details for an offer when no suitable date is available. You find the entries in one central place in your admin area.

Tie interest to an offer
Each entry belongs to the offer at the respective location. In the overview, you can see who's interested in evening yoga in Basel, for example.
Get back in touch deliberately
Use the contact details you've collected when you can offer new options. An entry doesn't create an automatic booking from the waitlist or a binding spot reservation.

Quick attendance check

Who was there? Record it in just a few clicks.

Open the group class in the attendance check and see all related bookings together. That way, you can record attendance right after class instead of opening each booking individually.

Mark several participants at once
Select the people you want in the list. With bulk actions, you set their attendance status to attended or not attended all at once.
Tell bookings and attendance apart
The list shows both the confirmation and the attendance status. That way, you can see the difference between someone who booked and someone who actually attended.
Follow up appropriately
The recorded attendance status helps you with further contact. Your team deliberately triggers a follow-up message separately; recording attendance alone doesn't send one.

What you'll want to know about group classes

Can I offer individual dates as well?

Yes. In addition to recurring group classes, you can set up individual dates, for example an extra class or a one-time trial session.

Can I limit first appointments separately?

Yes. On the group class, you can allow first-appointment bookings and set a separate limit for them. This comes on top of the overall participant capacity.

Does a waitlist entry automatically become a booking?

No. The waitlist records interest in an offer and location. It doesn't reserve a spot in a specific class and doesn't trigger an automatic booking. You can use the contact details to get back in touch deliberately.

Is this waitlist also meant for event listings?

This page describes group classes in the booking system. There, the waitlist belongs to the offer; it isn't a waitlist for individual event listings.

Can I record attendance after class?

Yes. Open the class in the attendance check, select the people concerned and mark them as attended or not attended all at once. Confirmation and attendance status remain visible separately.

Do I have to replace my website?

No. You can embed the booking form in your existing website or share the booking link. Try the process free for 14 days, no credit card required.
