Event listing for the yoga workshop with two dates in Basel and a price of CHF 120.

From course idea to registration

Describe an offer once. Organize multiple runs.

A weekend workshop needs more than an open time slot. Describe the content once as an event and set the location, price and dates for each event listing.

Course content & dates

All the important information before registering.

The event describes your offer. In the event listing, you set up the specific run – so you can offer the same course again without rebuilding its description every time.

Describe the content clearly
Explain who the course is for, what you'll do and what participants should bring. Title, description and an optional image give your offer its own presence.
One date or multiple sessions
Add a single date or multiple start and end times. In the example, the yoga workshop takes place on two Saturday mornings; both belong to the same event listing.

Dedicated registration path

Share the course link. Keep registrations with the course.

Every online event listing gets its own registration link. Prospective participants enter their details right there, and you find the registrations with the matching run.

Link from your website
Link from your course description to the online form. You can also share the link with prospective participants, without piecing together registrations from individual messages.
Set your own registration deadline
By default, registration closes at the start date. You can set your own registration deadline or close and reopen registrations manually as needed.

Paid events

Payment is part of the registration flow.

Set the price for the run. For online payments, you connect your own Stripe account and use the event checkout.

Show the price before checkout
Participants see the price of their event listing during registration. For paid events, the flow leads from personal details to the payment step.
List free courses too
A free course can also get its own event listing. Ongoing membership fees and subscriptions are managed separately in membership management.

Questions about courses and events

What's the difference between an event and an event listing?

The event contains the title and course description. The event listing defines the specific run with location, dates and price. You can create multiple event listings for the same course.

Can a course take place over several days?

Yes. An event listing can contain multiple course sessions, each with its own start and end time. That way, you can offer even irregularly spaced dates together.

Can I set an earlier registration deadline?

Yes. Instead of the default deadline at the start date, you can set a custom registration deadline. You can also close or reopen registration manually.

How do I accept online payments?

For paid event listings, you use the event checkout with your connected Stripe account. The available payment options depend on your setup. This page describes payment for events; regular first-appointment requests go through the separate booking form.

Can I offer a free course as well?

Yes. An event listing can be free. You still organize the location, dates and registrations with the respective course.

Our course has a special format. Will it still work?

Write to us at kontakt@keinaufwand.com and tell us how you organize your courses. Together, we'll look at how your requirements can be covered with events, group classes or a suitable addition.
