Online Event Registration for Courses and Events
2 min read
Gone are the days of downloading PDF documents, printing them, filling them out, scanning them back in, faxing them and then sending them off. With our latest update, we're finally giving martial arts schools the ability to accept digital registrations for any courses and events.
The event checkout
Ever since we launched our kampfsport.center websites, it's been possible to create and publish events. Until now, however, only schools that also had one of these websites could use these features. Online event registration is now also available to customers with the trial class software module. Every newly published event gets a unique URL that can be linked on your own website or on platforms like Facebook.
You can try out right here how the event checkout looks and feels: Sample event checkout
Pay on site, SEPA direct debit or credit card after all?
To start with, we're only supporting the pay on site payment method. For now, registrations still have to be paid manually on site by the participants.
In the near future, however, we're planning to support various other payment methods such as credit card and SEPA direct debit, which will then let the amounts owed be collected automatically at registration.
Managing registrations made easy
So that you can manage your registrations easily as well, we've extended the events area accordingly. Event listings that use the new online registration form get a list of all registrations, including their payment status.
And for everyone who isn't quite ready to give up paper, the registration list can also be printed as a checklist for the training location if needed.
Onward!
That's it for now. But we're far from done developing event management features, which is why we rely on your feedback.
Get in touch with us if you have questions about using the new features or input on how we can further improve the system to make your day-to-day work easier.
The new online registration features for courses & events are available right away in both the trial class software and website modules and can be tested for 30 days with a new account.
See you soon!
