Until now, the first appointment / trial class limit applied globally to all group classes. You can now set the first appointment / trial class limit individually for each group class, giving you even more freedom and options when planning your appointments.

For appointments that require a staff member, you can now define a preparation and follow-up time. Staff members are then automatically unavailable for appointment bookings during the preparation and follow-up times.

Group classes and working hours can now follow a two-week rhythm. Perfect for appointments that only take place every two weeks, or for staff members who are only available on a certain day every two weeks.

You can now add new customers without an email address in the admin panel. This makes it easier to add new customers when booking appointments on site and lets you enter appointments for customers without an email address.

You can now accept credit card payments for event registrations through the payment provider Stripe.

Due to the repeated extension of COVID measures, announced events had to be canceled again and again last year. You can now mark events published through keinaufwand as canceled.

You can now book online appointments through video chat platforms such as Zoom, https://whereby.com, https://meet.jit.si and many others. Online appointments for group offers are in the works.

Due to COVID measures and lower participant numbers, there are fewer and fewer open spots for booking a first appointment or a trial class. So that these leads don't get lost, they can now add themselves to the waiting list through the booking form. This lets businesses keep collecting contacts from new leads during these difficult times.
