In addition to iCloud and Google calendar connections, you can now also connect external Microsoft 365 calendars to keinaufwand staff members.

For group classes, in addition to bulk updating the booking and attendance status, you can now send follow-up emails to the leads and customers of your choice in just a few clicks.

With our latest update, bookable staff members get their own user account, which they can use to sign in to keinaufwand and access their booking data.

You can now restrict staff working hours to specific locations. This lets you define different working hours per staff member for online appointments or different locations.

Group classes can now keep first appointment / trial class spots reserved exclusively for first appointments until 24 hours before the booking deadline. Any remaining first appointment spots are then released to existing customers/members 24 hours before the group class.

The SEO metadata of static pages on our keinaufwand websites can now be customized. This is one of several updates to our website product, which has so far been developed exclusively for martial arts schools and associations and will soon be available to all other industries as well.

When adding offers, you can now define prices for first appointments / trial classes and follow-up appointments. For now, these details are only used to communicate prices. Integrating online payments is planned for a later date.

keinaufwand now lets you connect iCloud calendars to staff members. With an iCloud calendar connection, events from the iCloud calendar are automatically imported as absences, so you no longer have to enter absences manually.

You can now have an individual video chat URL generated for each online appointment, based on a staff member's video chat service. This is especially suitable for video chat services without a knock or lock feature, to eliminate the risk of unwanted participants.
