Recently Added Features at Marketing für Kampfsportler

The response to our trial class software since we launched the private beta in December 2016 has been phenomenal. It was, and still is, wonderful to receive such great feedback from a wide range of martial arts and self-defense schools that have been using our form since day one. We are extremely grateful for that, and we look forward to continuing to support you in growing your schools.

Since then, we have added several new features that make it even easier for our customers to win new customers with trial classes.

1. Follow-Up Emails for Missed Trial Classes

Until now, it was only possible to send attended trial classes an email template with getting-started information. Now you can also send a follow-up message for missed trial classes. This lets you encourage people who didn't show up to book a trial class with you again.

2. Email Signature

So you don't have to update your email signature by hand in every template, you can now save an email signature that can be used by all email templates. That way, you can update all your signatures, along with the links to your website and social networks they contain, in one go.

3. Reschedule Trial Classes by Arrangement

After arranging it with your leads, you can now reschedule trial class appointments yourself in the admin panel – easily, with just a few clicks, using our dynamic class time calendar.

4. Simplified Installation

Our trial class booking form is now even easier to install on your website. The floating button that opens the form is now embedded directly together with the form, and its position and label can be set however you like in the settings. All you need to do is add a single line of code to your website to help your visitors book a trial class with you.

5. Dashboard / Account Overview

Every Marketing für Kampfsportler account now has a dashboard. It gives you an overview at a glance of all your school's unanswered, upcoming and past trial classes.

And that's it for now. Many more features are in development that will give users of our trial class booking form a hand in building and growing their own school.
