Summer is over, the kids are back in school, and we've been hard at work building useful new features for you. Here's a quick look at recently added features that are now available to all schools.

Trial Class Software

Adding trial classes manually

Schools that arranged trial classes by phone used to have to fill out our trial class form on their website by hand. Now school owners can record trial classes arranged by phone or WhatsApp directly in our admin panel and confirm them with a confirmation email.

Reminder messages

You can now automatically send leads a reminder email the day before their confirmed trial class. School owners get a new ready-made email template for this, which can be adapted to their own needs as required.

Booking trial classes on the same day

Until now, trial classes could only be booked up to the day before a class time. In our fast-paced world, though, it's becoming more and more common for people to decide spontaneously to attend a trial class that very same day. That's why, if you want, trial classes for training sessions taking place later the same day can now be booked automatically.

With this option, schools can now book spontaneous trial classes on the same day

Conversion details

Ad campaigns can be an effective strategy for winning more new members in a short time. With conversion details, we're laying the foundation for getting more out of your ad campaigns. School owners can now see where leads came from, whether they found their website through organic search or paid ads (UTM parameters), and on which page the trial class form was used.

"Current" view

With lots of trial classes, it's easy to lose track. That's why the admin panel now has a new view that shows upcoming trial classes and ongoing courses for the next 7 days or for a specific week.

Lead view

Do you offer your leads more than just one trial class? No problem: with the option to add trial classes manually (see above) and the new lead view, several trial classes can be assigned to the same lead. In the lead view, you get an overview of all of the lead's trial classes and can add extra notes about them.

Staff teams

We've also been busy with our platform's website module. Until now, instructors could only be assigned to your school's various offers. Now you can create independent teams that are shown on a separate subpage. Perfect for introducing your school's board or management.

Documents

Until now, the Frequently Asked Questions subpage served as a dumping ground for all kinds of information and documents. Now all sorts of documents (membership contract, annual schedule, etc.) can be offered for download on a separate subpage.

Bylaws, terms and conditions, and the privacy policy now each get their own subpages.
